Can I Record Calls?
Call Recording is an essential part in outbound calling, primarily for maintaining compliance and QC. However, GoDial is a mobile based dialer. We use your phone to dial out calls. This has advantages, instant setup, no hardware, no VOIP charges. SIM based calling is cheaper than VOIP.
However, this comes at a cost. Since GoDial does not control the call, it cannot monitor, record or log it in any way.
Currently, Android and iOS platform have both stopped allowing call recordings natively.

GoDial is a mobile based CRM and Auto Dialer.
We currently do not support playing VM on a call. Since we run on Android and iOS, we do not have the access to enable this.
We do have a feature of voice broadcasting, where you can send a voice broadcast or do a survey campaign with your leads.
GoDial can automatically play a recorded message and capture the response on your list. GoDial uses your Twilio Account to place calls.

GoDial uses Paddle for handling payments. Paddle is a reseller of GoDial. Paddle is a US based company. Incase your company has a GST number, you can enter it during checkout and enjoy Zero GST. Since export of software is Zero rated. However, if you do not have GST number, then Paddle will charge you GST.

GoDial lets you add members very easily.
In GoDial the Manager (owner) has the access of adding different teams (companies) and within the teams,manager can add two types of member,Sub Managers and Agents.Managers also hold access of calling through app along with access to Web Dashboard and can make change in any team at any point as required.
Sub Managers can access Web Dashboard, and can make any change within their own team.
Agents can only access Team app for Dialing.

GoDial keeps track of the time the call has been initiated till the time the call has been put to an end and the user has returned back to the application. Hence the Call duration is indicative and an experimental feature.
GoDial currently does not call read logs on the phone, as there are restrictions from Android and iOS.
