Can I Record Calls?
Call Recording is an essential part in outbound calling, primarily for maintaining compliance and QC. However, GoDial is a mobile based dialer. We use your phone to dial out calls. This has advantages, instant setup, no hardware, no VOIP charges. SIM based calling is cheaper than VOIP.
However, this comes at a cost. Since GoDial does not control the call, it cannot monitor, record or log it in any way.
Currently, Android and iOS platform have both stopped allowing call recordings natively.
There is however a way out. if your handset has the feature of recording GoDial can then pick up the recording from the phone and copy it on the master dashboard. You listen and download the recordings from there. It currently is in BETA state and hence free.

We are hopeful GoDial will be able to record calls without depending on the handsets.
Android 11, shows promises of Call recording, We hope once that is out we can include this feature as well.
